What is Love? And what does it have to do with Holistic Healing? Relationships are categorized as a “Primary Food” along with your career, physical activity, and spirituality. The more primary food we give ourselves, the less we depend on secondary food (eating to self soothe other than nourishment). On the contrary, the more we fill ourselves with secondary food, the less space we leave for primary food – our true source of nourishment. Strive to find peace in your relationships by stop “shoulding” on yourself. Love is kindness and gratitude, and it means different things to different people. And that’s OK!
