Method
  1. In a small saucepan, cook quinoa and rice meal according to instructions for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Once quinoa meal is almost cooked, mix in mashed banana, almond butter, chia seeds, and blueberries and let steam on low heat in sauce pan for an additional 3 minutes. Stir occasionally and add additional water or nut/grain milk as needed for desired consistency.
  3. Transfer to your favorite breakfast bowl and top with raw crushed walnut halves.
